Janette Lynn Graf-King has lived in the Kitchener-Waterloo area with her family since 1960. She received her license in 1987 and joined RE/MAX to work with her mother, Marjorie B.A. Graf, who later died from cancer in 1995. In 2009, her daughter Patricia Marjorie King joined her to make this the third generation in real estate and she works at right at home realty in Mississauga as a sales representative. The combined forces offer more availability and resources for all of there clients. Janette and Patricia work the south western area of Ontario and their sellers get optimum exposure with there listings being marketed on both the Kitchener-Waterloo board as well as the Toronto board. The advertising is consistent with full page ads in the real estate magazines as well as the real estate paper with a photo, price, address and description of the property as well as on the websites of over 400 RE/MAX real estate centre agents from Kitchener, Cambridge, Erin, Guelph, Acton, Fergus & Elora, Orangeville, Shelburne, Georgetown, Milton, Brampton and on another 500 websites of the Right at home realty agents from south western Ontario.
Currently Janette lives in the city but keeps her horses at her farm, which is where her heart is. Farm and country real estate in southwestern Ontario is definitely a passion of hers and she would love to help you find your dream property! Her sales range from executive homes, farm and country, and occasionally commercial, working with both experienced and first time buyers.
